Description

Cupressocyparis Leylandii

The Leylandii is a fast-growing, hardy evergreen conifer that forms a dense, reliable hedge. It performs best in well-drained soil and thrives in full sun, though it will tolerate light shade. It is highly suited to inland and exposed sites, making it a popular choice for privacy and wind protection.

Growth is vigorous, so regular trimming is needed to keep height under control and maintain a neat, compact shape. With consistent pruning, it can be kept to the height required for your garden.

Leylandii hedges provide strong, year-round cover and a long-lasting boundary solution. For best results, plant 60–90cm apart to establish a dense and effective screen.
