Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. All deliveries are handled by AWM Transport. We are actively exploring additional regions to better serve our global customers.
What are your delivery charges?
We charge £50 for delivery to destinations within the United Kingdom. Free shipping is available on orders over £1500. All delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
When will my order be processed?
For same-day processing, orders must be placed by 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Orders received after the cut-off time or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. During processing, we carefully prepare your items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
